I am a consultant ophthalmic surgeon with interest in paediatric and neuro-ophthalmology. I work at Queen’s Hospital, Romford, and my practice includes paediatric, strabismus and neuro-ophthalmology patients, in addition to cataract, and general ophthalmology.

I am trained as a medicolegal expert and my areas of practice encompass clinical negligence and non-accidental injury. My specialist areas of expertise include general ophthalmology, Neuro-ophthalmology, all aspects of paediatric ophthalmology and non-accidental injury, adult squints and eye motility, and cataract Surgery.

I trained at St Paul’s Eye Unit and Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool, culminating to training fellowships at Moorfields Eye Hospital, and Great Ormond Street Hospital, and at the Corneo-plastic Unit in East Grinstead.

I have many publications and presentations on subjects of paediatric and neuro-ophthalmology. I have an interest in optimising services to patients and patient safety and have managed several medicolegal cases and authored several reports.
